Thank you for your interest in chudesigns. We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review the following information about our shipping procedures, timelines, and costs.

1. Processing Time

  • What is Processing Time? This is the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment. This includes order confirmation, payment verification, and packing.

  • Our Commitment: All orders are processed within 7-14 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 12-24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

5. Shipping Delays

Sometimes, circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

  • During Sales & Holidays: Please note that processing times may be longer during major sales events or holiday seasons. We will notify you of any extended processing times on our website and social media.

  • Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier (e.g., weather, logistical issues). However, we will do our best to assist you in locating your package.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.

  • Please contact us immediately at chudesigns94@gmail.com if you realize you have entered the wrong shipping address.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Chudesigns is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier. Please contact your local post office and neighbors first if you face this issue.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us, and we will do our best to help you open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at chudesigns94@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
