Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at chudesigns. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: You will need your order number or the receipt we sent to your email.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Personalized, Custom-Made, or Monogrammed Products (e.g., items with custom engraving, printed names, or made-to-order specifications).

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Personal care items (e.g., earrings, makeup)

  • Items on final sale or marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at chudesigns94@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

  2. I will respond with instructions on where to send your package.

  3. Do not send anything back without the instructions we provide, as we cannot process unidentifiable returns.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Process

  • Customer-Paid Returns: The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Exceptions for Faulty/Damaged Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its status.

  • Timing of Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Deductions: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. In some cases, a restocking fee may be applied if an item is returned in a condition that is not “as new.”

6. Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at chudesigns94@gmail.com.

7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
